On my 75th birthday, I started this blog in my head. That was a year and some months ago. My goal then was to record short memories of growing up in Norwich, Vermont, and of my journey from that time to now, more than three quarters of a century later. I also wanted to record my thinking of current issues, of what it is like for me to live in this fast moving century, and what it is like for me to grow older.
Primarily, I am writing this blog for myself, to extend my memories, but you are welcome to “listen in” and to comment.

Hi Peggy,
Looking forward to hearing your memories and comparing them to mine.
Thank you, MA, for commenting. And I’d love to have you add to my memories — either email me things you want me to remember with photos if you have them or put those memories and photos in comments. I’ve been sorting some of Mother and Dad’s photos today (snow day from DG!) and I saw lots of you and Bill and your parents, as well as all the other Sadlers! Lots of family memories there!
Thanks, Paul. I appreciate your testing this.
It’s looking good and coming together! Glad you’ve been able to get it up and running after all the initial frustration.
Great success!
